When ordering products from the tervisilu.ee online store, you can choose between two different delivery methods: Omniva parcel machine and Omniva courier.

Receiving parcels with Omniva is a breeze - it takes just 15 seconds.

Once the parcel has arrived at the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS with the door code to the mobile phone number you specified in your order.

1. Once you have received the SMS, go to the parcel machine.

2. Enter the door code received by SMS. 

3. Accept the parcel from the opened locker.

Close the door and confirm receipt of the parcel by pressing the "Confirm" button on the screen.

5. Print the receipt if you wish.

The parcel can be picked up within 7 days of its arrival at the parcel terminal.

Parcel delivered by Omniva courier to your home or office!

The day before the delivery, you will receive an SMS informing you of the arrival of the parcel to the mobile phone number indicated in your order.

On the day of delivery, the courier will call you to coordinate the delivery time. Delivery of parcels will take place during working hours.

For purchases with a total amount of less than 39€, the transport cost will be added according to the delivery method chosen by the Customer. If the order exceeds 39€, the transport is FREE!
