Return policy

Goods purchased from the tervisilu.ee online shop are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt.

The right of return is designed to guarantee that the goods you have sent us are as ordered.

- Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

- In order to return the goods, you must send us a request by e-mail to info@tervisilu.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

- The return of the goods will be at the customer's expense and in this case, the initial shipping charge will not be refunded (unless the returned goods do not correspond to the goods ordered).

- Once you have notified us of your wish to return the product(s), you are obliged to return the product(s) to the Depilé store within 30 days at the latest.

- You will be reimbursed for the returned products within 30 days.

- Consumers are advised to inform the seller of their preferred method of payment and, if applicable, their bank account number. If the seller fails to return the money on time, the consumer can lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority. If the order was paid for by credit card, the amount paid can be recovered through the company that issued the credit card.

The consumer's right of return is laid down in the legislation and is not specific to ordering from the tervisilu online shop.
